Welcome to The Wedding Party!

Please call us to set up an appointment. We schedule appointments Tuesday through Saturday from 10 to 7. During your appointment you will have the opportunity to view and try on dresses from several different designers. We will help you create a customized look for your wedding party!

Live out of the area? The Wedding Party is happy to accommodate both local and long distance orders. We work very closely with our out-of-state clients to insure that they receive the same level of service as our local brides and bridesmaids. We have a special program set up to make the process of ordering from a distance comfortable and easy.

Step 1. We begin by finding out which designers interest you and if you have certain dresses in mind. We create a packet tailored to your interests, including swatches, a price sheet, and a measurement guide, from which you may determine the dress and/or dresses you would like your bridesmaids to wear

Sample Program: Should you wish to see a sample dress, we can arrange to send one directly to you. The cost of having a sample sent is $25. We ask that you cover the cost of returning the sample within 2 weeks.

Step 2. Once you have decided upon a dress or choice of dresses and a color or range of colors, we record the specifics in your file and begin the order process. At this point, we ask that each bridesmaid call or email us with her measurements, shipping address, and payment information.

Special Sizes: Each designer offers smaller and larger sizes, at a surcharge, ranging from $25-$150 a dress. Based on your measurements, we will assist you in determining any designer imposed surcharges. Maternity styles are available from each of our designers.

Step 3. Upon hearing from the entirety of your wedding party, we will place the order. The dresses will arrive 3 months from the order date, at which point we will ship directly to each member of your wedding party.

Rush Orders: Should you need your dresses in under 12 weeks, you may opt to have your order “rushed”. Rush deliveries are available at a surcharge from each of our designers and vary in cost depending on how quickly you need your dresses. Please contact us for details.

Shipping: We charge $12 to ship orders within California and $15 to ship out of state, via UPS. Alternative shipping arrangements can be made, per your request.

Each dress is cut and hand sewn expressly to your bridal party’s unique specifications. As a result, your dress may not be exchanged or returned. The dresses are available in standard sizes, only. THEY ARE NOT CUT CUSTOM TO YOUR MEASUREMENTS. Alterations should be expected. Please click on ‘how to measure’ for measurement guidelines. The designers’ respective sizing charts are provided for your consideration. The bolts of fabric, from which the dresses are cut, can vary in their dyelot. Thus dresses may vary slightly from swatches. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us!
